How Delivery Process: Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing
for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple
delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here we appreciate your business and we
want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect
your parcel. The Following is the three exact steps for the shipping steps that we process. Staff takes when
processing your order.
Processing - Charged – Shipped
Processing –For those who pay by paypal, we will check their payment in 24 hours.
For thoese customers who made their payment with credit cards, your order is placed in Pending Status.
Our support staffs will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the
shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your
order has been verified by our support staff your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the
package for the shipment. This process takes one business day.
Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us
with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 6-12 hours.
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number via
email(so please type your right email address when you place the order). If you are located in the United States
you can track your package at USPS or EMS or DHL .If you are located elsewhere, You can track your
package at EMS or DHL .
Other Possible Statuses:
Cancel - If you want to cancel your order, please email us in 12 hour after you have finished your order. Or we
will not be responsible for your order if we have sent out your order. Hope you can understand us.
Refund- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to send your order for some reasons, we will email you the
status of your order and issue a full refund.
